ソーシャルワークの機能にかかわる能力を測る指標に関する研究 : 実習生のコンピテンシーシートをもとに

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the competency sheet developed by A University can be used as indicators for measuring skills relating to the functions of social work. As the background, in recent years, there has been a social need for human resources who can deal with diversifying life problems and local conditions, and the training course of social worker who plays an important role for them has been revised. The new training course is expected to train social workers with practical skills as social work profession, and in the course, it is indicated that social work profession should perform the functions of social work. In response to the situation, this research aims to organize items of competency sheet, which have been used for the practical skill development of social workers, into indexes that can measure skills related to the functions of social work. As a result of this study, we found that items in the developed competency sheet cover most of the functions of social work, and that it can be evaluated to a certain degree as indexes for measuring the skills related to those functions. The authors suggest considering social work training programs that utilize competency items to develop practical skills based on the functions of social work, for the future.
